- If you find any problem in delivered package, follow these steps to return the product and claim a refund.
- Call us on +923373179600 to notify our customer support team about the issue.
- Fill in the ‘return form’ attached with your package.
- Wait for our pickup facility or reach nearest blueEX franchise to submit the package.
- Collect the tracking number against your complain and wait for ‘replacement/refund’ till the mentioned business days to complete return/refund process.
We’re always here to attend your queries regarding product related issues and take prompt action to resolve the matter. Find the process to return/exchange or claim a refund for damaged, defective and wrongly placed orders within the period of 7 days after receipt of your purchases.
Damaged – You may claim either a replacement or refund in case you find delivered items damaged upon delivery. But if the products were damaged during the usage then you are not eligible either to claim replacement or any refund against your purchased item(s).
Defective – We try our best to keep the product quality up but in case you find any defect in the delivered items, you’re entitled to claim replacement/refund against your purchases within the time period of 7 days after the delivery. No replacement/refund request would be entertained after this period.
- We try our best to deliver what you ordered on the website but in case you find the products of low quality, small/large in size or have any other issue regarding the purchases then you may claim a replacement/refund.
- Please be advised that no replacement/refund request would be entertained either if the claim period expires or you lose the interest in purchased items after delivery.
- We do not entertain requests with products delivered in torn packaging or items that have been used by the customer(s) before claiming a replacement/refund against that particular item.
After processing your request for refund, we expect you to wait for 10 business days until you receive the full amount against the purchased items. Please be advised that we refund your money through the medium we received and each medium has a certain time period to complete the process. In case of cash payments, you may expect to settle the accounts within 3-4 business days after we complete the verification process.
